Park Over Property (POP)

Directions: Located 8 km west of Rangiora. From High Street, Rangiora, head 3.7km west towards Oxford on the Inland Scenic Route 72/Oxford Road. Turn left at the Fernside/Swannanoa road sign on to Swannanoa Road. After 1.9km, turn left onto Bridge Road. In 1km letterboxes are on the right side of the road, our driveway is opposite - take the MIDDLE driveway (Hoheria sign at start of drive). Come up long driveway and follow bend in driveway. The POP paddock gate is beside the house. You are welcome to park any where in this large paddock.Additional Info: Bridge Road is a no exit road and our property is 250 metres from the road frontage. We offer a quiet private north facing paddock situated on our 10 acre home property with views of the trees bordering the Cust River. There is a lovely stop bank walk (4km loop) able to be accessed from our property. Please be aware of stock and electric fences. All gates must be kept closed. There are 3 potable water taps available in paddock - water sourced from our own well. Additional Info: Bookings essential. I have 2 parking spaces on my lifestyle farm and all vehicles must be fully self-contained. I do have lovely outside seating areas, an above ground swimming pool available to you (between Dec and March), there is a lovely historic cafe/pub/restaurant across the road (currently opens Thurs - Sunday) and a golf course down the road. Our little town has a lovely collection of creative artisans that love visitors.
