Sanctuary Sounds is a not-for-profit music festival showcasing an eclectic mix of music from all over New Zealand and abroad. The 3 day festival is a true grassroots experience, held on a rural property in Takapau, Central Hawkes Bay, where you will find yourself immersed in music, art, food and friendship!

Sanctuary Sounds is an inclusive gathering of friends who share a love of music and community.  We love to party! With your help, we create a party like no other, fuelled by kindness, generosity, and good ol'fashion fun. Don't hesitate to bring the kiddies along!  They will love the relaxed vibe and freedom to explore the land.

Costumes, themed campsites, and exuberant fun is highly encouraged! This year's theme is Leap through time to the Roaring 20s!
